Parking

There are several places to park when you visit the Main Library. The MLCC Branch has a free parking lot.

Library Commons

Several metered spots are available in the Library Commons lot beside the library, including four accessible parking spots. 

On-Street Parking

Folks can park at any available metered spot along Simcoe St. and Charlotte St. for up to two hours at a time and in the few spots behind the Library on Bethune St.

Parking Garage

If you stay longer than two hours, you can park at the Simcoe St. or the King St. garage. View the City of Peterborough Parking Map to see all the parking lots and garages in downtown Peterborough. 

Accessible Parking

There are several accessible parking spots around the Library

• Two metered spots on Aylmer St. in front of the library
• Two free spots shared with the Shopper's Drug Mart
• Four metered spots in the Library Commons, next to the library
