Depending on your email provider, it may take a short period of time for the confirmation email to arrive in your inbox. Be sure to check your spam folder or the promotions tab in Gmail.

My application was not confirmed. What happened?

You may already have an account in our system or live outside the City of Peterborough. Please contact us by phone, email or in person, and we can help figure out what happened and help you get a library card.
