Adult Membership Form

If you are registering a child under 13, please complete our child membership form. If you are a student or live out of town, you must visit the Library to sign up for a membership.

The Library collects personal information under the authority of section 23(4) of the Public Libraries Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.44. The information will only be used for the purposes of administering library services and programs. For more information about how the library uses personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
