On CloudLibrary

  • the Featured shelf contains new and popular material that may need to be placed on hold using an email address
  • the Browse shelf enables you to find books based on subject interests
  • the Filters option enables you to search for books that are available now, all titles in the library’s collection, or titles that may be suggested for purchase

If you used the CloudLibrary desktop app before and did not log-out, Adobe Digital Editions will have an authorization that uses your library card number.

This should be replaced with your Adobe ID and password.

To do this:

  1. open the CloudLibrary desktop app and logout
  2. in Adobe Digital Editions, click Help and then Authorize Computer
  3. enter your Adobe ID, password, and then click Authorize

Troubleshooting

  • be sure that your internet is working
  • check that you have no library membership account issues, such as fees owing or an expired membership requiring renewal
  • log out of the app, shut down the device completely, reboot the device, and then log in to the app. This should accommodate any necessary application updates
  • ensure your operating system and/or device are not out of date or unable to support the app
  • uninstall the app and reinstall app, followed by a restart of your device
